By uploading your photos, videos, or audio recordings ("Content") to this event via Showgaze, you agree to these Upload Terms. These terms grant us and the event organizer the right to use your footage to create official event media.
1. You keep your ownership
You retain full ownership of the Content you upload. We are not claiming ownership of your original files, and you are free to post them on your own social media or share them with friends.
2. What you allow us to do
By uploading your Content, you grant Showgaze and the authorized Event Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
- Store, copy, process, and synchronize your footage.
- Edit, cut, reframe, and combine your footage with other media.
- Use the resulting edited media for event promotion, documentation, archival, or commercial release.
3. Your promises to us
When you upload Content, you confirm that:
- You recorded the footage yourself and have the right to share it.
- The Content does not violate the privacy rights or intellectual property rights of anyone else.
- The Content does not contain illegal, abusive, or non-consensual material.
4. Privacy and Metadata
Your upload may include technical metadata (such as timestamps and GPS coordinates) embedded by your device. We use this data strictly to synchronize the footage with the event timeline and location. For more details on how we handle personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.
5. No payment or attribution
Because your footage is being combined with many others to create a single synchronized production, you agree that you will not receive financial compensation or direct on-screen attribution for the use of your specific clips.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not upload your footage.
